Training outside of practice is crucial for improving skills like dribbling, passing, and shooting. Whether alone or with a parent or friend, home training offers focused practice. This consistent effort builds muscle memory, enhances game understanding, builds strength and fitness, and boosts confidence, making you a better player overall.
Here are some drills and workouts that you can do on your own. Some of them have similar drills in them. Feel free to adjust them to your level. If you don't have cones you can get them pretty cheap at stores like Wal-Mart or any sports store or order online. You can also use other items you have around your house as cones as well.
